State bill requires pet insurers to indicate what policies cover, exclude
The state legislature is considering a bill that would require pet insurers to place prominently on their websites whether the policy excludes coverage based on a pre-existing condition; whether the policy limits coverage; and whether the insurer limits or reduces coverage based on previous claims filed.
